Tax Incentive Scheme for Individual Donors

Under current law, individuals can receive a tax deduction equal to 66% of their donation amount, up to a maximum of 20% of their taxable income. Any benefits or gifts received in return must not exceed 25% of the donation’s value, with an absolute limit of €73.
